Youth organise around the ACDEG
Youth organise in creative and innovative ways to push the values of the ACDEG across 8 African countries. The charter gives youth leverage when they engage in political debates.
Youths Action Zambia use poetry, theatre, song and dance to highlight issues of democracy and governance in Matero, their community in Lusaka, Zambia. They are one example of how youth across Africa organize around the African Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance to push for a more inclusive, less corrupt, and better-functioning democracy.
